Since 2000, my career has been dedicated to fostering in organisations the cultural, organisational, and leadership capabilities essential for building relevant, scalable, and sustainable businesses. As Managing Director at Elevare, I am responsible for C-Suite Strategy to accelerate the readiness of strategic leaders to consistently deliver high impact results, aligned with business challenges and Board Expectations. Over 25 years in human resources, I have led projects in HR strategy, organisation design, talent management, change management, leadership coaching, performance, and culture, across Brazil, LATAM, the United States, and Europe, with companies such as Iron Mountain, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Solvay, and Syngenta. My work has driven business performance and leadership effectiveness, with over 300 executive placements, more than 200 executive coaching and top team alignment engagements, and over 150 executive assessments and talent acceleration initiatives. These efforts have supported organisational growth across sectors including Industrial, Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Energy, Agribusiness, Aerospace & Defense, and Mining. I hold a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate qualification in Human Potential Development in Organisations from PUC, and an Executive MBA in Human Resources from USP.
